The following policies apply to all sales:
Payment must be made in full before order is shipped.
Strictly Diesel Accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal and Certified Check
Cashiers Check or POSTAL Money Orders ONLY...Sorry, NO Personal or Company Checks.
ALL Returned Checks are subject to a $25.00 Service Charge + 5% Per Month Interest Charge.
All Sales REQUIRE a VALID Daytime Telephone Number.
Credit Card Sales REQUIRE the following:
Billing Address MUST Match Credit Card Company Records.
Credit Card Security Code REQUIRED for every sale.
Purchaser MUST also be the CARDHOLDER.
Strictly Diesel will accept returns within 30 days of delivery of the product (we won't hold shipping delays against you). Some conditions do apply:
ALL Returns MUST have a Strictly Diesel RMA Number!
NON-DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
May be Returned within 30 days of Delivery
MUST be in NEW / RESALABLE Condition (as determined by Strictly Diesel).
Customer is responsible for return shipping.
Shipping Charges ARE NOT Refundable!
All Returned Items Subject to a 15% Restocking Fee.
Customer is responsible for any charges required to return item to NEW / RESALABLE condition.
Exhaust, Fuel System and Electrical Components May Not Be Returned After InstallationDEFECTIVE ITEMS:
May be returned within 30 days for replacement.
Strictly Diesel will pay the return shipping on defective items only.
After 30 Days, some items may need to be sent to the manufacturer for replacement.AUTOENGINUITY SOFTWARE / HARDWARE:
Strictly Diesel is not in the business of "Renting" AutoEnginuity ScanTools...if you purchased AutoEnginuity thinking you could use it and then return it, think again.
Due to the nature of the AutoEnginuity product, we will only accept returns if the product is UNOPENED.
Unopened returns of AutoEnginuity are subject to the same standard 15% restocking fee as regular Non-Defective items.
Opened returns of AutoEnginuity will NOT be accepted.
Strictly Diesel and AutoEnginuity are NOT responsible for vehicle issues that prevent the proper function of the AutoEnginuity product. This includes blown fuses, wiring problems, PCM calibration issues, etc.
Defective Units will be replaced under the warranty terms and conditions set forth by AutoEnginuity.SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS:
May ONLY be returned if Defective or Damaged, and ONLY for replacement with like item.
Refunds will NOT be given on Special Order ItemsDELIVERY REFUSALS:
Any shipments refused by the customer are subject to the above NON-DEFFECTIVE ITEMS Return Policies and Fees.
A 15% Restocking Fee + any Return Shipping Charges billed by UPS will be charged to the customer.
