WHY IS IT SO HARD TO GET US ON THE PHONE?

  • When we are on the phone with a customer, we prefer (unless absolutely necessary) not to put them on hold to answer another line. We will give you that same undivided attention when we talk to you.
  • With few exceptions, we return calls in the order they came in. If we get backed up with voicemail messages, we will give returning calls priority over answering the current calls coming in so that those that have been waiting longest get our attention first.
  • Technical Support or Problem Resolution calls will be returned before sales related calls.
  • Sometimes we are in the shop working on a project, working on assembling kits or packing/shipping orders and we can't answer the phone.
  • Sometimes we are out of the office picking up parts, working with our various machine shops, etc.
